Beets Salad
Beets salad
- 3 medium beets
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 3 table spoons mayonnaise
- 1 table spoon lemon juice
- salt
Boil the beets, peel them. Grate the cooled beets and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Let stand for one hour to mix the flavors. Serve with the country style bread or as a salad with the main dish.
