Chocolate Graham Wafer Pie Crust
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons grated semi-sweet chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
In a small bowl stir together the crumbs, the butter, the chocolate, and the sugar and press the mixture onto the bottom of an 8 1/2 inch springform pan.
