Ginger Waffles
Ginger Waffles
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoon oil
Combine the dry ingredients. Beat the eggs with the oil, then blend in the molasses. Add the milk. Stir the dry and wet ingredients together.
