Green Beans with Butter
Green Beans with Butter
- 2 lbs/1 kg green beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt
Clean, wash and boil the beans in salted water. Melt the butter in a pan, add the drained beans and the salt and shake the pan a few times so that the beans are mixed with the butter. Serve hot with cream of wheat croquettes.
