Green beans with Butter and Breadcrumbs
- 2 lbs/1 kg green beans
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt
Clean, wash and boil the beans in salted water. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bread crumbs and the minced garlic. Add the drained beans, salt, and shake the pan a few times so that the beans are mixed with the bread crumbs and the butter.
