Hummus 2
2 cups canned chick peas, drained
2/3 cup sesame paste (tahini)
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Place all ingredients in a food mill or blender, mix until the chickpeas are smooth. Store in refrigerator. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
