Lemon-Herb Chicken Marinade
Lemon-Herb Chicken Marinade
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon Tobasco sauce
2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours before roasting, broiling, or grilling.
