Macaroni and Cheese Pudding
Macaroni and cheese pudding
- 1/2 lb/250 g macaroni
- 3 tablespoons sheep cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- bread crumbs
Boil the macaroni in salt water, drain, rinse with cold water and let drain again. Beat the eggs, add the cheese, mix with the macaroni and the melted butter. Butter a baking sheet, put some breadcrumbs all over, place the macaroni and then bake. Turn onto a platter, cut into squares and serve hot.
