Moldovan vinaigrette
Moldovan vinaigrette
- 2 beets
- 3-4 big potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1can of green peas drained
- 2-3 pickles
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons oil
- salt
Boil separately the beet, potatoes and carrot. Let cool. Cube the potatoes, carrot and beet and then mix with the peas, chopped onion and pickles. Add salt and oil. Mix well and let stand at least an hour to mix the flavors. Arrange in salad bowl.
