Polenta with Feta and Mujdey
Polenta with Feta and Mujdey
- polenta
- 1 cup crumbled sheep feta cheese
- sour cream
- mujdey sauce (mixture of ground walnuts finely minced garlic with salt and thinner with water)
Make a medium soft polenta using equal quantities of water and milk. When it is done, add a cup of crumbled sheep feta cheese and mix until the cheese is well blended in. Pour on plates and serve very hot with sour cream and mujdey.
