Potato Pancake
Potato Pancake
- 1 lb/500 g potatoes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 oz/25 g yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
- sour cream
Peel and wash the potatoes. Grate small. Place in a bowl, add sugar, salt, yeast mixed with milk and flour. Mix everything well, cover and place in a warm place. After it has risen, take tablespoonfuls and fry on both sides in hot oil. Serve hot with sour cream.
