    Scottish Shortbread

    Makes about 24 squares.

    8 oz butter
    4 oz sugar
    4 oz plain flour
    4 oz self-rising flour
    4 oz corn flour

    Melt butter and add dry ingredients. Stir until smooth. Smooth into shortbread tin or glass baking ware and bake at 325 degrees until light brown. Dredge with sugar and slice while warm.
