Tabouleh
1 cup bulgur
3 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon mint flakes
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 medium tomato, diced
Soak bulgur in water for 2-3 hours, until soft. Drain off all excess water. Mix in remaining ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate before serving.
